BMW Motorsport Golf Ball gear knob is a genuine piece of motorsport heritage originally used in factory race cars throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. It featured in iconic models like the E30 M3 DTM, E36 318iS Class 2 and E36 320i STC ‘95 where secure grip and precise control were essential.

Its dimpled surface, inspired by a golf ball, improves grip especially when driving with gloves. BMW Motorsport Golf Ball shift knob has a durable rubber coating over a solid steel core giving it a balanced and weighted feel. Weighing 79 grams and with a diameter of 49mm, it offers the right amount of heft for smooth, confident shifts.

Gear knob fits standard 14mm BMW manual gear levers and is compatible with models such as the E30, E36, E46 and E90.

Once reserved for the track, this shift knob has become a sought-after addition to road cars, appreciated for its authentic design and motorsport pedigree.
